   In December 2012, it will be held the annual International Conference of Vnesheconombank \”Investment in Sustainability. Partnership between Financial Institutions and the Real Economy\”. The event will focus on the application of the corporate social and environmental responsibility principles in the selection and implementation of investment projects in the real sector.

   What are priorities of the real economy corporate responsibility in Russia and the world? How do potential investors assess the performance of real sector companies in the field of sustainable development? What are the incentives and barriers to adopting the principles of responsible financing for the real sector in Russia? How does company’s adherence to the principles of corporate responsibility affect its business reputation and reduce risks for the bank? What are risks the borrowers may face in the case of social and investment instability of investment projects?
