Within the exhibition operator introduced its social project “Friends are not so far away from you” that was created especially for the residents of 7 regions of the Western Ukraine.

   CSR MarketPlace is a unique event which takes place the third time in Ukraine presenting the most outstanding projects in CSR sphere. This year about 30 organizations presented their social and ecological projects to the guests of the exhibition. Traditionally visitors of CSR MarketPlace voted for the best project represented on this event.

   life:) presented its transportable phone box that travelled among the cities of Western Ukraine and offered a unique opportunity to the residents to communicate for free with their relatives and friends who are abroad. Social initiative “Friends are not so far away from you” was launched for the residents of Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne, Volyn, Ternopil, Khmelnytsky and Chernivtsi regions in summer of 2012. All visitors were able to get detailed information on life:) social activity and its charity initiatives and to communicate in the special phone box with their relatives and friends who are far away from Ukraine.

   According to the voting results, the social project “Friends are not so far away from you” was highly evaluated and was included in the list of the best projects of this year, having won the third place among presented participants.

“We are glad that local social project “Friends are not so far away from you” which was launched in the western regions of Ukraine this year, became so interesting and was highly evaluated by the participants and the guests of the exhibition. We understand how important is not to lose the contact with the close relatives, who are moreover far away from you. That is why within our initiative we unite the voices and hearts of close people, giving them the happiness of communication”

   Last year within CSR MarketPlace 2011 mobile operator life:) introduced its social educational program for graduate students “Jump into life:)” that won second place according to the voting results of the visitors of the exhibition.
